Delivery

We ship to all European countries with UPS, GLS and TNT, you will find bellow all information about shipments. We reserve the right to use other transportation agencies.

When we process your shipment we will send you an e-mail with the order status and tracking number, to make the shipment tracking.


The delivery time when the orders leave our warehouse is 2-5 days (working days) although 90% are delivered in just 3 days. For some remote regions of Europe delivery may take seven days.
We advise you to group all the items in the same order, because we can not group two separate orders. The shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Spain

Delivery of orders are working 24/72 hours a day following receipt of payment from urgent transport company Nacex.
Although generally the delivery time of orders won't take more than 24 hours. 
Being 24/72 hours except in case of breakage of stock from our warehouse, any impacts on the transportation and special delivery agreed in advance. 
Shipping to the peninsule is 5,95€. On orders over 120 € shipping is free.

 

Once the order has left our warehouse, we will send an SMS and an e-mail with information about the shipment, tracking, etc..
The company that takes care of delivery is Nacex, through service "Nacex 19:00 pm" This is service with guaranteed delivery before 19:00 the next business day, which means that sent by us once you receive it the next day.
This service is for people of Spain and Portugal whose agency Nacex with a radius of influence of up to 100km (50Km leg / back 50Km.) To the other towns the delivery is up to 13:00 on the second business day. If you want to know your nearest Nacex agency click here.

 Balears Islands

Shipping to the peninsula are 5,95€. On orders over 120€ shipping is free.
These prices only are applied to mainland Portugal, not ship to the Portuguese Islands.



Delivery to Other Countries
We only ship to the countries listed above.
WE DO NOT ship to America, Africa, Asia and Oceania.

 

Incidents in the delivery for Spain and Portugal

Once your order has been shipped, you can not change the delivery address. We highly recommend you to check the delivery information.

If the courier attempts to delivery your order and there is no one to collect it, the courier will not attempt to delivery until you contact to the number provided in the reminder or contact us at +34 902telf

If a second delivery is made unsuccessfully, will be the customer who must pick up the order at the transport office. The package will be in the transport office up to 10 days after the request was sent after this time the package will return to our warehouse.

 

Incidents in the delivery for other European Countries

Once your order has been shipped, you can not change the delivery address. We highly recommend you to check the delivery information.

The transport company will try to deliver your order up to three times.
We will contact the customer by e-mail if two delivery attempts were made unsuccessfully. The customer must contact the transport company in order to clarify the delivery data and planning another delivery with the transport company.

If no one is present at the delivery address for the third time and delivery finally become unsuccessfully, the package will be returned to our warehouse and we will not assume the shipping costs. The shipping costs of the delivery and the return shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.
We will not be responsible of the deliveries that become unsuccessfully due to customer mistakes, faults or negligences like:
 - The customer address is incomplete or wrong.
 - The customer ignores the e-mail advertisements on which we notice the delivery incidences  with instructions to successfully complete delivery.
 - The transport company needs a special permission for accessing to the building on which package is going to be delivered. The customer is responsible to guarantee the access for the transport agency.
 - The customer made his/her order and the customer went to holidays.

 

Returns:

The items can be damaged as a result of transport and handling by the transport company. In order to identify possible damage caused by transportation, perfumesyregalos.com encourages its customers to review the package always at the time of receipt. If the items are faulty because of the transport, the customer is entitled to reject the goods at the time of receipt, informing the carrier the reason for the denial.

The deadline for requesting a refund is 14 days from the date of receipt of products by the customer. After this time, will not accept returns at perfumesyregalos.com.

For any refund, the customer must provide the order number, date and reason for return. We will contact the customer by phone or by e-mail to provide instructions to carry out the return.

If the reason for return is because the product has any manufacturing defect or the item received by the costumer did not correspond to that indicated in the order, the shipping costs will be incurred by the return to perfumesyregalos.com charge.

For returns for differents reasons, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer. For the Spanish Peninsula the amount is 14 . Check the cost for other destinations.

We will not accept returns of items that have been broken, except in cases where the article has manufacturing defects in its interior.

Perfumesyregalos.com will proceed with the verification of the returned items before refunding. The refund of the amount of refunds will be through the same channel that the customer selected as payment at the time of placing his/her order.
